Apprenticeships
We set a high value on a well-founded education, especially for our youngest associates. With the apprenticeship program for school-leavers, we live up our social responsibility towards the community and supply the workplace of Switzerland with well-qualified professionals.
At our sites in Bubendorf and Vionnaz, we offer the opportunity to young people to receive a first-class industrial training in different apprenticeship positions. Currently, we train laboratory technicians (specializing in chemical synthesis and analytical chemistry), commercial employees, informational scientists and logisticians.
We provide a broad and integral basic education combined with an established professional training that goes beyond the simple professional knowledge. We provide capacity for teamwork, social skills and self-confidence that in order to facilitate the young professionals’ start to working life and to plan their personal development.
