Foreign Assignments

In our Employee Exchange Program, a qualifying employee is offered the opportunity to work abroad in a Bachem Group Company. The program strives to transfer knowledge and technologies between our companies as well as integrate their cultures and strengthen working relationships. This also provides the employee the unique benefit of personal development as well as transfer of knowledge and experience.
