Group Leader Sales Generics

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Group Leader Sales Generics 100% (f/m) to strengthen our department. The Group Leader Sales Generics will supports us in the acquisition and support of our established and new customers.

 

Your Tasks

  • Leadership and development of the team and transformation of the leadership principles in its own area of responsibility
  • Development of sales of the generic active pharmaceutical ingredient portfolio (APIs)
  • Management of existing and acquisition of new customers (in the pharmaceutical and biotech area)
  • Conducting order and contract negotiations with customers and lead them to success
  • Participation and active involvement in cross-location discussions & decision makers on product and market development
  • Processing and accompany internal projects for the development of new generic active ingredients
  • Processing sales forecasts and developing market analyses
  • Compiling monthly reports and statistics
  • Organization and implementation of customer visits
  • Represent Bachem AG at international trade fairs & conferences and evaluation of new ones

 

Your Profile

  • Business studies (university of applied sciences, university) at bachelor or master level
  • Ideally, additional studies in chemistry, pharmacy or life sciences
  • Several years of experience in selling API’s
  • Excellent language skills in German and English
  • Very good IT skills in MS Office, experience with SalesForce and SAP desirable
  • Ability to travel approx. 20% (Europe, MENA, India)

  • Management experience respectively existing development potential for a management position
