To drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly looking for highly qualified professionals. To strengthen our team in the new Group Quality organization, we are looking for a dedicated Director Digital Quality (f/m/d), 100%.

 

Your tasks

  • Organization, management, and further development of own organizational unit according to Bachem management principles
  • Management/support of cross-site and strategic projects for the improvement, harmonization, digitalization of systems and processes
  • Provision of a global GAMP-compliant framework for computerized system validation incl. corresponding procedures
  • Ensure GAMP-compliant implementation and validation of new software systems (e.g. ensure QA involvement in projects, quality assurance of CSV documents).
  • QA oversight of GxP-relevant global software systems (e.g. SAP, MasterControl, LIMS, MES) and ensuring the validated, controlled and harmonized status
  • System owner/administration for the global quality management system
  • Data evaluations e.g. quality metrics
  • Monitoring of technology trends and evaluation of their capabilities for Bachem (esp. quality areas); further development and expansion of the digital capabilities of the quality functions

 

Your profile

  • Master's degree in natural science, computer science or pharmaceutical engineering
  • Very good GMP and GAMP knowledge and/or practical experience in computerized system validation
  • Experience in the implementation as well as in the life-cycle management of database-supported application systems (e.g. ERP, DMS, QMS, LIMS, etc.)
  • At least 5-8 years of industry experience in the pharmaceutical environment, and 3 years of project management experience, ideally across sites in the life science sector
  • Leadership and stakeholder management experience
  • Exemplifies a high service attitude towards internal and external customers and implements this attitude/readiness throughout the organization
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English, German is a plus
