At Bachem, we are rolling out Microsoft 365 Copilot across the organization along with user enablement. In parallel, we want to build Copilot Studio know-how internally in order to implement several more complex use cases.

To support this, we are offering an internship in our IT team where you will help operate and optimize the M365 Copilot platform and, hands-on, develop Copilot Studio agents – gaining practical experience across a modern Microsoft productivity and low-code environment.

Your tasks

M365 Copilot Platform (Testing & Optimization)

• Test M365 Copilot functionality and newly released features
• Analyze usage – adoption, usage patterns, and optimization potential
• Support the configuration of M365 Copilot
• Take over user enablement from the external partner once their project ends

Copilot Studio Agent Development

• Sharpen and flesh out several use cases, including requirements gathering with the business departments
• Implement the use cases technically, including the integration of systems via Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Build up Copilot Studio know-how as an internal capability
• Document use cases and platform configurations in Confluence

Your profile

• Currently studying or recently graduated in computer science, business informatics, or a related field
• Interest in Microsoft 365, AI-assisted tooling, and low-code / productivity platforms
• Analytical mindset with an eye for usage data and optimization potential
• Hands-on and curious – keen to build Copilot Studio skills and deliver real use cases
• Good communication skills for gathering requirements together with business departments
• Fluent English; German is a plus
