As Digital Technology Director, Americas, you shape how IT and digital technology support our US manufacturing sites. You connect business priorities with technology execution—across infrastructure, applications, and shop floor systems.
We are looking for a senior leader who combines:
- Strong IT fundamentals (infrastructure, applications, service management)
- Hands-on understanding of manufacturing environments (IT/OT, MES, shop floor systems)
- Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and shape organizations
This is a role focused on outcomes: stable operations, strong delivery, and measurable impact in manufacturing through digitalization.
What You Will Do
Lead across IT and sites – influence in a matrix setup and partner with site leadership
Own technology direction – define and deliver roadmaps across IT and digital
Drive execution – ensure delivery and remove blockers
Run reliable operations – ensure secure, compliant IT services across infrastructure and applications
Deliver business impact – translate digital into tangible shop floor improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years in IT leadership with senior stakeholder exposure
- Strong experience in manufacturing environments (pharma, biotech, chemical, or similar)
- Solid foundation in IT operations (infrastructure, applications, service management)
- Experience with manufacturing systems and IT/OT integration (e.g., MES, LIMS)
- Proven ability to lead without authority and deliver results
- Experience building, leading, and coaching high-performing teams
- Experience in GxP-regulated environments is a plus
Base Annual Salary Range: $141,760 to $194,920
Placement of new hires in this wage range is based on several factors including education, skill sets, experience, and training.
