Business Process Engineer

This is your chance to be part of the BACHEM success story: we are looking for a Business Process Engineer to join our Business Process Engineering team.

As a Business Process Engineer, you will focus on analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness. You will collaborate with a diverse team across various functions to ensure our business processes are scalable and aligned with the company's strategy. Additionally, you will act as a key user for the Business Process Management System (BPMS), providing expertise and support to maintain BPM standards.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional projects to design and implement new processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Serve as the key user and subject matter expert for our BPM system, providing training and support to users
• Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with various functions to understand their needs and challenges.
• Ensure the documentation of processes and the application of standards.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in scientific or related field
• 4-6 years proven experience in managing business operations and driving value creation in Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) Industry
• Experience with Operational Excellence, Lean Management / Six Sigma or BPM and Project Management; Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in process modeling tools and software
• Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Up to 10% travel to our Torrance, CA facility

Base salary range: $93,840 - $129,030

Placement of new hires in these wage ranges is based on several factors including education, skill sets, experience, and training.
