Manager QA - Global Quality Systems 100% (m/f/d)

To support our continuous organic growth, we are looking for highly qualified professionals. To strengthen our Quality Assurance (QA) team in the Global Quality System department, we are looking for a dedicated Manager QA (f/m/d), 100%

 

Your tasks:

  • Optimization and harmonization of global GMP processes and concepts
  • Generation, administration and review of global GMP documents, especially Standard Operating Procedures and Working Instructions
  • Support of global functions for the effective and lean implementation of these GMP processes and documents
  • Participation in global GMP compliance projects
  • Conducting internal audits, also across sites
  • Close cooperation with QA Operations, IT, Supply Chain, Technical Operations to ensure a holistic understanding of quality
  • Data evaluation, Quality Reporting and Assessment (Reports, QSMR, KPIs, monthly reports) 

 

Your profile:

  • Master's degree in a scientific or technical discipline (e.g. pharmacy, chemistry, biotechnology, life sciences)
  • Several years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical-chemical industry, including at least 3 years in quality assurance, experience in a global QA (Corporate Quality) unit is a clear advantage
  • Good GMP knowledge, especially GMP rules of the EU and USA
  • Ideally experience in process analysis and optimization as well as project management
  • Structured, solution-oriented and communicative personality
  • Very good oral and written expression in German and English
  • Knowledge of common IT systems
