To drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly looking for highly qualified professionals. To strengthen our team in the Marketing Department, we are looking for a dedicated Junior Event Manager (a), 100% as an internship

 

Your Tasks:

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of customer visits and on-site events
  • Assist in organizing workshops, meetings, and corporate events, ensuring a professional guest experience
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venues, catering, materials, and schedules
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth event delivery
  • Provide on-site support before, during, and after events
  • Support the planning and execution of HR-related and employer branding events
  • Assist in the management of event materials, giveaways, and promotional items
  • Track event activities, timelines, and follow-up actions
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of event processes and participant experience
  • Support senior event managers in cross-functional event projects

 

Your Profile:

  • Completed or ongoing education in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field
  • First practical experience in event management, marketing, hospitality, or project coordination
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team-oriented and service-minded approach
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with project management tools is an advantage
  • Very good German and English language skills
  • Flexibility to support events outside regular office hours when required
