In order to continue our organic growth, we are constantly looking for talent.

We are looking for a highly motivated CISO (chief information security officer) to develop and implement a comprehensive information security strategy for Bachem. You will ensure that Bachem adequately responds to cyber threats and the information security framework adheres to regulatory requirements.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Overall Responsibility for the Information Security Framework of Bachem, covering commercial, manufacturing and lab IT
  • Define and ensure the enforcement of Bachem’s information Security Program
  • Monitor cyber threats and vulnerabilities to determine the business risks and what countermeasures must be in place to address them
  • Determine the information security related training needs of employees.
    Develop training programs and run awareness campaigns
  • Establish Security Architecture principles and guidelines
  • Oversee the development of new solutions. Ensure that their design takes security into account from the beginning.
  • Develop and maintain formal contingency plans that specify how he business will continue operating if a disaster affects the IT systems

 

Profile

 

  • Master’s Degree in Information Security or Computer Science
  • Good knowledge of relevant security frameworks (ISO27000, NIST) and relevant technologies (IT, OT, cloud solutions)
  • Experience with relevant security related technologies in an international manufacturing environment
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in the field of information security and technology,
    thereof minimum 5 years in a management role
  • Leadership skills and ability to communicate with C-level and board members
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English
  • Ability to effectively organize, multitask, and work in a fast-paced, deadline driven work environment
