To strengthen our PM team we are looking for an experienced Analytical Project Manager QC (f/m/d) who, by knowledge and character, suits our highly motivated and dynamic team. We are seeking someone who not only complements our team capabilities but also provides additional input. 
 

Your tasks:  

  • Working in interdisciplinary teams as responsible Analytical Project Manager for peptide and oligonucleotide NCE projects representing Analytical Operations in CMC sub-teams for assigned projects 

  • Lead and manage all analytical activities including but not limited to release, stability testing, characterization of the API, method development and validation, setting of specifications, know-how transfer  

  • Evaluate analytical results, draw relevant conclusions, and communicate effectively to the customer and across organizational interfaces 

  • Support trouble shooting within own and broader area of responsibility 

  • Lead the transfer of know-how or procedures to other departments, sites, or external partners and vice versa  

  • Assess and consolidate resource needs and timelines for projects  

  • Direct interaction with different internal departments on all sites and with our global customers  

  • Close collaboration with our Business Development group to align with customer needs 

 

 

Your profile:  

  • University degree in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, any related field or equivalent technical education and industrial experience 

  • At least 5 years of hands on/practical experience working in analytical development or QC preferably with cGMP experience; ideally in peptide or oligonucleotide analysis 

  • Scientific project management and matrix leadership skills 

  • Capable of interpreting and presenting complex analytical data and providing solutions with a hands-on mentality to external and internal stakeholders 

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills 

  • Solid analytical knowledge and understanding of CMC development 

  • Knowledge of CMC requirements for regulatory filings, understanding of regulatory expectations 

  • Advanced language skills in English and German (at least C1, both oral and written) 

  • Sound knowledge of MS Office incl. MS Project
