(Senior) Contract Manager (f/m/d)

To drive our continuous organic growth, we are constantly looking for highly qualified professionals. To strengthen our team in Global Contract Management we are looking for a dedicated (Senior) Contract Manager (f/m/d), 100%.

 

 

Your tasks:

 

  • Draft, interpret and review various types of agreements such as supply, development and quality agreements.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders from Contract Management, Business Development, Sales, Quality Assurance, Procurement and other departments as required.
  • Negotiate agreements with external partners independently or jointly with internal stakeholders in alignment with the company’s objectives.
  • Monitor contracts, including the negotiation and expiration status and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage contracts and inform stakeholders on related obligations.
  • Efficiently manage projects and tasks to completion.

 

 

Your profile:

 

  • Master’s degree in Law with a profound training in contract law.
  • A minimum of 4 years of practical experience in contract drafting and contract negotiation, preferably in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Sufficient scientific knowledge to understand Bachem`s products and services, experience of working in an GXP regulated environment is a plus.
  • Excellent speaking and writing skills in English, with a strong preference on native speakers.
  • Ability to work independently while keeping other informed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
